    I love this series technics turntables and I have the SL 1400 still working great, love the design and the heavy duty feel and construction. They also had the SL 1500!/‘Sl 1600. If you look up the turntable online you get a link to technical that show most of their turntables and specs. I know one of them will do repeat track play and I should look it up.

    Alot different inside than my SL-1600.. Sans the auto return mech, I assumed they'd have a similar PCB, but they're totally different. 🤔
    Anyway, I totally recapped mine recently and the speed is a lot more stable. 👍

      The same brand but the model is different yes the circuit is different. In repairing the technique are all the same.

    I have a sl-d1 technics. Love it. No speed issues but wanna recap as well.

    Why didn’t you try adjusting the external and internal speed controls first?
