The strengths of this draft is DT, RB, n TE
Giants needs: QB1, QB2, RB1, WR2, WR3🤷, TE1🤷, C, RG, RT, CB1, IDL, OLB, CB2 🤷, SS, K
Now I understand objections about Wan'Dale, Theo Johnson and Deonte Banks but Wan'Dale is a gadget player. We need a legit home run threat at WR3/Slot, Theo Johnson needs to keep developing but I wouldn't be opposed to taking the best TE in Free Agency and Deonte Banks is a decent guy and I like him very much but he has not developed to the standards of a starting CB1.

Jonah is a absolute monster with experience at both Tackle Spots and Guard would love to get him and plug him in at Right Guard Day 1 but probably doesn't' make it out the 1st Round now

We should draft Mbow and Membou, have them teach the O line French (since they both speak fluent French), and have the O Line communicate in French when making callouts during the game. That should finally fix our o line bc defenses will either have to learn French or not know what the o line is saying lol

I like those OL guys that can play multiple positions. Grey Zabel has been my top guy and Luke Kandra an IOL that plays all 3 spots on the IOL. I think Schoen will bring in at least 1 OL in FA. I would target 2 including a RT that has played LT to compete with Eluemenor. If you bring in a RT that beats Eluemenor for that starting spot Eluemenor now offers versatility to step in as a starte at either G or T spot. I would look for a starting RG and then bring back Van Roten for depth and as a back up C. And still target some mid round OL to improve the starters as well as the depth of the OL. At RB I would look drafting a North South power back type which would offer help in the redzone and short yardage situations but would also be a change of pace to Tracy. My first 4 picks would be a CB 1 and QB prospect with a high ceiling Jayden Higgins WR and Alfred Collins DT Texas. After that I am targeting OL and DL depth and a power back at RB. I think the Giants have 7 picks could be awarded an additional comp in the 7th as well as gain an additional 3rd if Kafka gets an HC job. which would give them 9. Most of those shots I would take at improve the OL same with the cap space. I would get a bridge QB but would focus a lot on the OL with that as well.
The just do not know..how to find alot of the hidden gems. "Like the Eagles or cowgirls or Seahawks have done..
Definitely need to finally build the line. No faith in Schoen to do it right though.
I'd rather take DT Nolan and then an OT in the third, I think the OT class is deeper.
If we get sanders I’d love to team him up with one of his college receivers like Jimmy horn or will shepperd

Hey Anthony, what kind of RB would you like them to take? I'd personally like to see them draft a bug bruiser back reminiscent of Brandon Jacobs. Someone who outs fear in the smaller defensive players before the ball is snapped.

We desperately need a left tackle. Love Thomas but he’s always injured. I also think this guy you’re talking about will go in the first round. Giants have a serious depth problem and Joe shoen thinks he can hide it with splash signings.

Guys why not agree to draft and trade Abdul, cause cowboys want Abdul to pair with Micah Cowboys would give up a haul for him. That would put their defense over the top and into the Super Bowl next year with Dak coming back healthy, they’d give a huge amount of picks, talkin like at least three first round picks cause they’re basically guaranteed to be in the Super Bowl with this trade.
Giants dont want Maulers. Read the room. They want finesse and pass blocking Offensive linemen. JMS= undersize center, Jon Runyan = pass blocking OL. I dont why they want this, cause I wouldnt, but that seems to be what they want. They want to be able to throw the ball all over the field.
Quality picks aren’t worth shit if we can’t develop players. IE: JMS

@@firesidegiants yes. Did you watch him play every snap? Does it mean they are always 100% right, of course not but they are respected even by nfl teams. Not too mention they just invested in a LG. And they need to get quality players. How many middling players are we going to see fail before any learning happens? Here’s a list of giant tries to find bargains- Runyan, Schlottmann, Stinnne, max Garcia, Corey Cunningham, Glowinski, feliciano, Nate solder, can Fleming - they all suck. Schmitz is worse than Neal and every week there he is out on the field and fans wonder how the Giants got here. You should be GM your plans are as inept as theirs
