There has to be a legal entity against who the case in torts can be made. Here if a scenario is imagined it would be that you would sue a drug dealer, would you be able to sue your dealer for compensation, think about it!

No, you will not be liable in a scenario where the person entering had tresspassed. Here the defence of PLANTIFF IS THE WRONGDOER applies. In a scenario where you had invited such person and the dog bit him/her your tortuous liability would arise.
