      @vanzcanz7384 It sounds like you're experiencing a common issue such as plantar fasciitis, which causes heel pain, especially in the morning after getting out of bed. Stretching can help by easing tension in the foot. It's important to continue doing stretches, consider using supportive footwear, and avoid standing for long periods to help manage the pain. If the pain persists, a visit to a healthcare professional might be beneficial for further advice or treatment.

    Burning vs soreness. I mean, it can occur even without much movement. However, climbing ladders seems to really piss it off. Lots of walking aggravates it too. Though I thought it could be a compression that's irritating a nerve, it is ONLY on the front, inside area of the ankle. Next visit to doctor, it will be discussed as it's happening more and last longer. IBPro, Cold packs help, but...

    So this is EXACTLY what I have been experiencing.... Last year I had this exact pain on my left ankle area... I went to A&E, they did an x ray and MRI and they said to me 'they cant see anything, everything seems fine'..... While all a while , it was ANKLE ARTHRITIS for goodness sake. How did the doctors/nurses not realise this when I was telling them all my symptoms and the pain I was experiencing....? Very, very strange.

      Same here. My doctors kept focusing on my fallen arches. It puzzles me that after all this time, this problem had not become common enough to recognized and have treatments available. I've only been given options to surgery where they talked about removing a bone I forgot where and putting in my foot to reform the arch, wearing ankle brace. Sorry to call one doctor an idiot but one smuggly said to me "there is no magic shoe" when I said nothing that implied that. I've been given pain medication that didn't work. I had xray and mri as well and they said I had a price of metal in my foot and asked if I had surgery in it before which I haven't. I've been having chronic pain over the last 10 years ranging from mild to severe feeling like my ankle is broken and it feels like the doctors I've seen have just been bumbling around and wasting my time and money. I've found the most out about my ankle by researching on my own than they have with their degrees. I'm highly disappointed. It's hard to work and my bosses don't understand my issue. They just look at it as muscle fatigue and think taking a small break will help. I do warehouse work. On my feet for 10hrs a day and its hell. I want to show everyone this video.

      @Salmoney23 Ankle arthritis can indeed be frustrating, especially when it affects your ability to enjoy activities like basketball or football. Arthritis in the ankle can develop due to wear and tear, previous injuries, or other underlying conditions. Symptoms may include pain, swelling, and stiffness, which can make physical activities challenging. It’s important to consult with a healthcare professional to get a proper diagnosis and treatment plan. Treatment options may include physical therapy, medications, or lifestyle changes to manage symptoms and improve joint function.

    My mom's having this problem. She can't walk properly and she's 49 or 50. Im not really sure if it's ankle arthritis but now I think that is the problem. Today, she had few drops of blood even though she had her menopause already. Could this be other problem?..

    • @MedicalCentric
      @MedicalCentric  3 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      @Rashtina It’s concerning that your mom is experiencing both difficulty walking and post-menopausal bleeding. While ankle arthritis could explain the mobility issues, the bleeding is unrelated to arthritis and might signal something else, such as a gynecological issue like uterine fibroids or hormonal imbalances. Post-menopausal bleeding should always be evaluated by a doctor to rule out conditions like endometrial hyperplasia or other concerns. It's best to encourage her to see a healthcare provider to address both symptoms and ensure she receives the right care.

    I just feel my left Ankle (Lateral Malleolus) got current like pain and its very painful sometimes what the reason and how to tackle them ??

    • @MedicalCentric
      @MedicalCentric  หลายเดือนก่อน

      @Mysterious-r2l Sharp, current-like pain in your lateral malleolus could stem from issues like nerve irritation, tendon strain, or an ankle sprain. To manage it, rest the ankle, apply ice to reduce inflammation, and avoid activities that aggravate the pain. If the pain persists or worsens, consult an orthopedic specialist to assess for conditions like nerve compression or ligament damage. Early intervention can prevent long-term discomfort.

    Can you cycle with server ankle arthritis

    • @MedicalCentric
      @MedicalCentric  2 หลายเดือนก่อน

      @rocketman66 Cycling with severe ankle arthritis can be challenging but may still be possible depending on the severity of the condition. Low-impact activities like cycling are generally recommended for people with arthritis, as they help maintain joint movement without putting too much stress on the ankles. However, it's important to consult with your doctor or a physical therapist first to ensure it's safe for your specific case. They might recommend adjustments, such as using a stationary bike, to minimize strain on your ankle joints while staying active.

    whats the diff between tendonitis and arthritis?

    • @MedicalCentric
      @MedicalCentric  5 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Tendonitis and arthritis are both conditions that can cause ankle pain, but they involve different parts of the body and have different causes.
      - **Tendonitis** is the inflammation of a tendon, which is the tissue that connects muscle to bone. It's often caused by overuse, injury, or repetitive movements. Symptoms typically include pain, swelling, and tenderness around the affected tendon, often worsening with activity.
      - **Arthritis**, on the other hand, is the inflammation of a joint, which includes the cartilage, joint lining, and bone within the joint. In the ankle, arthritis can cause pain, stiffness, and swelling, and it might worsen over time or with activity. The most common types of arthritis are osteoarthritis, which is due to wear and tear, and rheumatoid arthritis, which is an autoimmune condition.
      While both conditions can cause pain and swelling, tendonitis is related to the tendons and often occurs due to acute or repetitive stress, whereas arthritis affects the joints and can be a chronic condition.

    Am 26 already got 18 times.

    • @MedicalCentric
      @MedicalCentric  4 หลายเดือนก่อน

      @titasacharjee6538 Experiencing ankle arthritis 18 times by the age of 26 is significant and suggests chronic issues that may require more intensive management. Repeated arthritis flare-ups in the ankle could be due to underlying conditions like rheumatoid arthritis, previous injuries, or joint instability. It’s important to work closely with a healthcare provider, potentially a rheumatologist, to explore treatment options, including medications, physical therapy, or even lifestyle adjustments to manage pain and prevent further joint damage. Early and effective management is key to maintaining mobility and reducing long-term impact.

    Hello, I need help. I'm 21 and just yesterday my left ankle hurt out of the blue. It hurts so bad I can't walk let alone stand on boot feet.
    What should I do sir? Will this affect my future and my dream career? I'm about to move to the 2nd phase of a Police Academy Entrance Exam and I'm scared this will affect my chances.
    Will this occur more often or not? Will this be permanent?

    • @MedicalCentric
      @MedicalCentric  หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      @pangoytalala4886 I'm sorry to hear about your sudden ankle pain, especially with such an important goal ahead of you. While I can’t diagnose your condition, severe pain that impedes walking should be assessed by a medical professional promptly. It could be anything from a sprain to inflammation or other joint issues, but only a proper exam and possibly imaging will determine that. Early treatment can prevent long-term effects, so don’t delay getting it checked out. With appropriate care, many injuries heal well, so try to stay positive and proactive. Good luck with your exam, and take care!
