I did it for an hour ....I have adhd ....I couldnt do for more as I can not stay in one place for to long I need to do staff .....but after an hour I was paralyzed ...I couldn't move.....I had some kind of halucinations and at the end of the brething technique I fell into a deep meditation that felt like i was asleep ......but minutes later I realised how deep I was in that sleep

Hey I listened it for 5mins with eyes closed and was focusing on my breath and I could feel a tingly sensation in the centre of my forehead during the last 3mins and was starting to enter a trance/hypnotic state😮😮

Feeling good just knowing the one he who is the one has me lost in this never happens again I swear to God if he wants it to come back down to up for then in out all around ups an downs loving it. The greatest time slides though awake having understood where as falling to rise higher the strength feels good cause I enjoy how natural this is this place I've found myself once again. I didn't this would work but it did. I felt tingling throughout my body and smiled imagining the warm feeling I felt. I don't know how to describe this peaceful warm, fuzzy vibration.
If you put on headphones and say mmmm (like opening your chakra in your forehead) while meditating to this it intesifies the vibrations on my forehead. I even saw a circle of light i appear straight from my 3rd eye (eye closed) but it only would stay for a second or 2 at a time then would fade away and come back a few seconds later. Took abkut 15 minutes or so
Just throwing this out there to help others. Everyone’s ears / drums and bone structures for the vibrations are different, this means one person could find a perfect recipe of sound and another be completely different. Just like all music and different styles, this is down to the way the vibrations are made by the bones that vibrate sending the signals to the brain, the correct vibration will release certain chemicals in the brain such as dopamine and serotonin, it also depends on the current state of mental brain waves, if your feeling low then part of you may subconsciously choose songs that amplify that feeling vice versa. To get out of a low mood it can take time but higher frequency’s can alter the brain wave signals in the subconscious domain.

There was only 2 on gaia meditation that took my body in a vibrant state.. I woke up thought someone was shaking my car (at work cause thats what i do lol) but it wasnt nobody moving it ..not the wind.. It was me.. I opened my eyes i was so blurred looking to myself.. I got out the car (at work) trippin.. Then overwhelmed with laughter and love and i smiled all til the next morning.. Only 2 tracks on gaia meditation channel.. I will be going through all yours.. Erica Moore wow this what I see too when starting meditating I had 4 visuals in color past 2 yrs. Other times can't get that deep I guess but so exciting only lasts few seconds as soon u say how beautiful it faded away. Lol
Never meditated before and don’t really understand the concept. I played this in the background, closed my eyes, and just breathed deep and cleared my mind. After a really deep breath, I felt fluctuations in the black of my mind and tingling on my body. Will try again and comment on my experience.
Great man... took me back to my experiences with hallucination’s I have taken throughout my life and still am. It was like “flashing back” but then totally into this. I am freakin’ 59 now and I can tell you this life will pass away as all things do but I am looking forward to finding source... “what a long strange trip it has been.” Found myself back to my true self and awareness of the slave planet we are on for now. I was sleeping to this and I kept having a very real dream that I couldn't tell if I was here or there and I almost spontaneously projected (but decided I didn't want to), you can hear people talking and saying crazy stuff in this too when you're in the borderline sleeping state

Facts .I tried it in Hawaii and this is similar to the sounds or light experience when you hit hyperspace and the 3 women come from 3 angles and touch the middle of your head and then you see the higher realms
I was skeptical that this would work at first but i laid down put a pillow over my eyes, shut them, and relaxed. then after a few minutes i started seeing these very vague rounded purple triangles (idk imagine a triangle with rounded tips instead of points) coming from behind me and then over and in front of me. The longer I listened the more color these purple triangles got. That's really it and when I thought it was just my imagination it would go away and id have to start over again and focus on the sounds. Nothing extreme but i thought it was pretty cool.

I feel tingly all over, thank you. I have severe Depression (Although getting a lot better) and generalised anxiety disorder. I keep on sneezing, a weird reaction to the sounds, I feel so at peace. Like how? I always worry, my thoughts are always quick and loud so much so it suffocates me sometimes, this helps a lot. Using headphones, its better, personal and intense. I feel my whole brain and body vibrating. Its not scary, its cleansing. I take medication for my heart (born with mitral valve prolapse) and sertraline (for mental health) and honestly, this is so much better than my mental health med (Dont quit cold turkey whatever you do!) I hope to enhance my telepathic abilities and contact the light being I met a few years ago, properly. This woman I hope to see. I have ET-UFO contact in the past, I know I have a star family so I really hope to see my star family one day again and not be a part., I believe I am not from here, I feel more connected to my soul, this is powerful healing, it definitely helps with the brain for me tbh JUST WOW had a near death experience in 2013, trying to recover, so far this helps a lot. Stop putting yourself trying to hard to get to the astral projection . Just meditate find yourself in a calm place and it’ll happen on its own . Look at your third eyes with both yo eyes but with yours closed . Just find peace brudda . You’ll normally figure out how to get to the astral projection . Don’t rush it take your time . Yu got all day n night to do it .

This is a real journey. I had an experience and I didn’t want to leave. I had visions and… memories. I went so deep. I haven’t experienced this depth in a while. I wanted to seek but my self-imposed darkness imprisoned me in delusion. When the Almighty crashed into my darkness i was lifted beyond my understanding in awakening and i was terrified to tell anyone. I began to encounter others that had experienced similar incidences and it showed me that i wasn't insane--- that what happened was real and i haven't been the same since. It's been over 26 years. Awakening IS possible.
Wow! That exact thing happened to me last weekend. It felt as if I had merged with my consciousness, and it taught me through experiences everything I needed to know. My first thought was, wtf do I do with this now?!

So, one night I decided to REALLY go for it and see if I could unlock my occasional intuitions into full on psychic powers. I focused on creating/increasing a vibration/wiggle that I felt behind my brow (pineal?). I kept repeating in my mind "I see all that I've been conditioned to ignore" as a kind of mantra. I was meditating for 2-3 hours straight each night while listening to these meditation music vids. I planned to keep at this for at least a month and see if I experienced any benefit at all. On day three I saw IT, and I was filled with a joyous terror (I think this was the video I was listening to). The pattern I behold is impossible to describe, yet every religion speaks of it. The unfathomable interconnectedness, and the perfect smoothness of cooperation and love. I know now why the prophets sing and the madmen rave. I had a rough time afterward, wanting to change every aspect of my life all at once. My wife worried about my sanity for a while. It's been two years now, and I'm still coming to grips. .... Perhaps I suddenly went sane, and our "civilized" world of walls is the insanity. Reality is made of probabilities collapsing into the now, and magic/intention is a way of adjusting those probabilities. The key to all magic is to stop doubting the intention of the attention. @@blessedUN A bit, once, but now I struggle to meditate at all, for over a year now. Doctor says I have "Eustachian tube dysfunction", but I'm convinced now that it's my lymphatic system pushing out decades worth of built up sludge at a glacially slow pace.... Long story short, the sensations distract me too much. So now I'm focused on purifying my body, and I'll switch back to purifying my mind once my symptoms dissipate. The terrible pain is almost all gone, just discomfort now. I am hopeful and more than ready for this to end. I can meditate for about 5-10 minutes at a time now before the sensations in my ear/jaw/neck get to be too much. That's a big improvement. Huzzah! Wish me luck :) .... oh, um.... The one time astral projection worked for me I reached a hypnagogic state by meditating as I lay in bed to fall asleep. Lot of vibration/quivering in my head. Suddenly I was looking around the room even though I knew it was pitch black in there and would see nothing if I actually opened my eyes. I was moving and looking around mentally, but it didn't last very long. I think I got so impressed with myself that I fell out of the proper state of mind. It just sort of ended, I opened my eyes and realized it was too dark to see anything with eyes.
Jesus delivered me from the deceit of the devil, NEW AGE. I pray that we all come out of our slumber and set our eyes upon the KING OF KINGS. I did it for an hour ....I have adhd ....I couldnt do for more as I can not stay in one place for to long I need to do staff .....but after an hour I was paralyzed ...I couldn't move.....I had some kind of halucinations and at the end of the brething technique I fell into a deep meditation that felt like i was asleep ......but minutes later I realised how deep I was in that sleep

If you put on headphones and say mmmm (like opening your chakra in your forehead) while meditating to this it intesifies the vibrations on my forehead. I even saw a circle of light i appear straight from my 3rd eye (eye closed) but it only would stay for a second or 2 at a time then would fade away and come back a few seconds later. Took abkut 15 minutes or so

Just throwing this out there to help others.
Everyone’s ears / drums and bone structures for the vibrations are different, this means one person could find a perfect recipe of sound and another be completely different. Just like all music and different styles, this is down to the way the vibrations are made by the bones that vibrate sending the signals to the brain, the correct vibration will release certain chemicals in the brain such as dopamine and serotonin, it also depends on the current state of mental brain waves, if your feeling low then part of you may subconsciously choose songs that amplify that feeling vice versa. To get out of a low mood it can take time but higher frequency’s can alter the brain wave signals in the subconscious domain.

I was skeptical that this would work at first but i laid down put a pillow over my eyes, shut them, and relaxed. then after a few minutes i started seeing these very vague rounded purple triangles (idk imagine a triangle with rounded tips instead of points) coming from behind me and then over and in front of me. The longer I listened the more color these purple triangles got. That's really it and when I thought it was just my imagination it would go away and id have to start over again and focus on the sounds. Nothing extreme but i thought it was pretty cool.

I feel tingly all over, thank you. I have severe Depression (Although getting a lot better) and generalised anxiety disorder. I keep on sneezing, a weird reaction to the sounds, I feel so at peace. Like how? I always worry, my thoughts are always quick and loud so much so it suffocates me sometimes, this helps a lot. Using headphones, its better, personal and intense. I've been trying all these different astral projection videos etc but none has the effect this one did. I was so tingly as I imagined myself pulling away from my body. I'm still learning but I was so damn close felt like 2 or 3 hours of trying but it was only 10min. Deffinatly adding this to my sleep playlist. Thank you.

Stop putting yourself trying to hard to get to the astral projection . Just meditate find yourself in a calm place and it’ll happen on its own . Look at your third eyes with both yo eyes but with yours closed . Just find peace brudda . You’ll normally figure out how to get to the astral projection . Don’t rush it take your time . Yu got all day n night to do it .

This is a real journey. I had an experience and I didn’t want to leave. I had visions and… memories. I went so deep. I haven’t experienced this depth in a while.

I felt this throughout my body and was smiling the whole time when I meditated during this. I didn't think it would work, and don't know if this comment is serious but I actually did feel something and a peaceful warmth-like vibration and tingling that probably only people who really focus during meditation would understand.

After taking a nap for 2 hours listening to this I suddenly woke up and realized I had a dream with Megan Fox 😍 strange but dayummm.
I wanted to seek but my self-imposed darkness imprisoned me in delusion. When the Almighty crashed into my darkness i was lifted beyond my understanding in awakening and i was terrified to tell anyone. I began to encounter others that had experienced similar incidences and it showed me that i wasn't insane--- that what happened was real and i haven't been the same since. It's been over 26 years. Awakening IS possible.
Wow! That exact thing happened to me last weekend. It felt as if I had merged with my consciousness, and it taught me through experiences everything I needed to know. My first thought was, wtf do I do with this now?!

@@blessedUN For me it was meditation. I was working nights for years, and would get bored. So, one night I decided to REALLY go for it and see if I could unlock my occasional intuitions into full on psychic powers. I focused on creating/increasing a vibration/wiggle that I felt behind my brow (pineal?). I kept repeating in my mind "I see all that I've been conditioned to ignore" as a kind of mantra. I was meditating for 2-3 hours straight each night while listening to these meditation music vids. I planned to keep at this for at least a month and see if I experienced any benefit at all. On day three I saw IT, and I was filled with a joyous terror (I think this was the video I was listening to). The pattern I behold is impossible to describe, yet every religion speaks of it. The unfathomable interconnectedness, and the perfect smoothness of cooperation and love. I know now why the prophets sing and the madmen rave. I had a rough time afterward, wanting to change every aspect of my life all at once. My wife worried about my sanity for a while. It's been two years now, and I'm still coming to grips. .... Perhaps I suddenly went sane, and our "civilized" world of walls is the insanity. Reality is made of probabilities collapsing into the now, and magic/intention is a way of adjusting those probabilities. The key to all magic is to stop doubting the intention of the attention. @@blessedUN A bit, once, but now I struggle to meditate at all, for over a year now. Doctor says I have "Eustachian tube dysfunction", but I'm convinced now that it's my lymphatic system pushing out decades worth of built up sludge at a glacially slow pace.... Long story short, the sensations distract me too much. So now I'm focused on purifying my body, and I'll switch back to purifying my mind once my symptoms dissipate. The terrible pain is almost all gone, just discomfort now. I am hopeful and more than ready for this to end. I can meditate for about 5-10 minutes at a time now before the sensations in my ear/jaw/neck get to be too much. That's a big improvement. Huzzah! Wish me luck :) .... oh, um.... The one time astral projection worked for me I reached a hypnagogic state by meditating as I lay in bed to fall asleep. Lot of vibration/quivering in my head. Suddenly I was looking around the room even though I knew it was pitch black in there and would see nothing if I actually opened my eyes. I was moving and looking around mentally, but it didn't last very long. I think I got so impressed with myself that I fell out of the proper state of mind. It just sort of ended, I opened my eyes and realized it was too dark to see anything with eyes.
