Hi! I hope you are doing better now remember that despite the struggles God still cares for you. He loved you enough to send His Son Jesus to die for you - to cleanse all the sin (that is, every wrong thought, word or deed we've ever done and save us from eternal death in Hell). Sin is why the world is such a place of struggle and darkness, daily we choose wrong, but He wants us to be made right from the inside out, cleansed and given new strength and desires. That's what Jesus gives when we ask Him to take our sins and give us a new heart.
He wants us to come to Him and He will help us through our troubles. He wants us to repent and turn away from our sin, coming to Him and asking for Him to enter our lives. This not only means His companionship and strength now, but an eternal life, living immortally in Heaven when He returns to take us home with Him. There, every form of darkness will be eliminated, and we will be free in Him. He is coming to take all His children who have accepted Him as Lord and Savior home, and He calls all of us under His wings. He will give us the faith strength and resillience we need to get through the darkness on this earth alongside Him.
Even if you are unsure or willing to be made willing, talk to Him and He will guide you, ask for Him to reveal Himself and show up in your life and He will. Remember, God is with you even in the darkest struggles of our lives, He has helped me through many struggles and situations years in the making - and He can help you through it too Pentherapy.
