If somebody went onto your back garden uninvited, would you say “yeh, go ahead”, have a look around at whatever you like. Oh look…he even just said. Only attitude was your privileged attitude mate!
So you’re trespassing on private property when the premises are closed to the public. That’s illegal. You’re filming in areas that are very clearly not accessible to public visiting the park. The areas of the open park you show on your film actually look really lovely. Nice promo for the park! Trespassing is a criminal offence. That makes you a criminal. The two gentlemen on the video were professional and courteous from what your film showed. The walls around that area are all 6ft at a minimum so you’ve scaled a wall to enter. Nice work.
Are you not embarrassed at all by this video? You’re in your 50’s and you give but you can’t take. The owner and manager put you right in your place and you didn’t like that so started acting like a 10 year old stroppy kid throwing a tantrum because mummy said no, claiming they were detaining you (which they should’ve) lol.
If they threatened to call the police to remove me, I would've sarcastically said to them: "yeah well, they would have to shove me out in their riot gear, because they're gonna have a hard time removing me otherwise!" lol😂
Look at it in context. Would we be interested in a video of someone’s back garden? No. So you can’t really compare venturing into a well known amusement park to snooping in someone’s backyard. Apples and pears. The ‘manager’ thinks he’s all that. Met his type before.

Good vid Deano 👍 What a post apocalyptic theme park! 😆 You should have asked the blokes for a wage for making the place look busy 😆😆😆
It wasn't busy because it was shut

Trespassing isn’t a criminal offence it’s a civil and it’s not illegal. As much is it is wrong
@@epic2105 Trespass is a civil law, breaking it is still illegal, its just the way they deal with it that is different.
@@epic2105 The only time when trespassing would be a criminal offence is if you trespassed on royal land, military land or on a railway line.
