Hello, does the Exarch implicit on gloves "Strike skills target 2 additional enemy" work as Doubling the DPS, like on Lightning strike (its melee hit + projectile)?
No, it doesn't work like that, and Lightning Strike doesn't require additional strikes for that, either. The additional strikes just make clearing FAR easier because the additional strikes will auto-target other mobs around you even if you don't actually target anything with your main mouse click. They do nothing for single-target.
Because over half the build's damage will be Fire damage because of Heatshiver, Ele Weakness is much better because it gives you -res for both fire and cold. Wouldn't recommend Frostbite unless it's all you have. New video coming soon.
You may have forgotten the 100% Precision MRE in the accuracy mastery. They removed that one, which puts a little more strain on the mana pool. You'd likely have to get the mana mastery for the 12% MRE or the Essence on your body armour for 10% MRE. Maybe just crafting -7 mana cost of non-channelling skills on your non-unique ring would be enough, but that's unlikely.
You would actually be pathing fairly close to the mana cluster near ghost dance, maybe its possible to spend the passives picking that up + the mana reservation mastery from the mana mastery. This means more damage from polymath, and the math checks out to generally be more mana reservation efficiency than before. Side note, having a strike mastery and mark mastery much nearer, possibly means that we no longer path downwards towards ranger/duelist, but instead path upwards towards witch. This is just random theorycrafting, but all possible changes to the build.
It's the biggest challenge of leveling for sure - use Frost Bomb and Frostblink+Bonechill a lot, make sure your totem(s) are always down, keep a curse up (Frostbite or Assassin's Mark), and put most of your gearing effort towards upgrading your claw. You're going to have to actually "fight" bosses though, they don't just fall over instantly.
if you do decide on starting this, wouldn't mind taking a look at a video guide for it :^) although I probably have a good idea of what to do for it, doesn't hurt to have a second set of eyes to compare
This build doesn't die alot. I farmed it to 100, don't think I died once after level 97 or 98. High evade + suppression + Fortify with good leech recovery ARE solid defense.
@@ZishPOE With all respect , fact that you went to lvl 100 without dying is your skill and not what build can. I know people who can do hard content with 2500 k hp glasscannons. Also , where did you get fortify, i am really curious?
@@ozbezarius922 Fortify is from a chest implicit. And I disagree - those are solid defenses. Add in that you're constantly freezing everything...I don't consider this a glass cannon build at all - just because it isn't face--tanking pinnacle bosses doesn't mean it's glass cannon.
@@ZishPOE Still questionable, because i didnt touch it by myself. Need to try it out and feel it. Can you tell me, how actually this build friendly to noobs? Like is it thst easy and cheap as rf jugg, boneshater, la , venom gyre league starters? Some builds feel like crap at maps and in hands of unexprlerienced players. No one wanna ruin their league start experience, because its awful. I know from experience.
@@ozbezarius922 In my opinion it's very new-player friendly, it has a low floor and a high ceiling for scaling so it can get stronger and stronger no matter how casual you play. Check my newest video for more info and to see the defenses a bit.

Yea, maybe. Maybe there will be reservation efficiency in the crucible trees. We'll see.

the flat accuracy mastery probably makes us not need precision, even in level 100, its 300 accuracy.

how expensive is this build?
My end-game version was approximately ~70 divines (not including Headhunter). Initial version I'd say takes ~5-10 divines for Red map viability.

3000 life, no chaos res, no solid def mechanics. Solid build for glasscanon , offscreen deaths lovers.
