@@edufreshy9249 disassemble fuser unit and change fuser film sleeve which is present inside the fuser film and attached with thermostat unit. this seem like in white color and this is a heat resistant thick Cloth.
There are three main parts inside which problem persists no.1white color heat sleve,no.2 lubrication problem.3.two half round shap steal parts not feet correctly.Thermost never fails.

Once try to unplug adf cable from back side and plug again.
If not get solution then go to fault history and send me at my whatsapp
