Heck, even her secretary ask her if the divorce was fake and she didnt even answer. And even if she did turned the,m it take between 3 and 6 months to officialize a Divorce (Plenty of time, so technically speaking, they are in a limbo

Guys, I have something to say. I think Hyunwoo started feeling the pressure of her family when their relationship got strained because I feel like they're doing great together before their child died. He even got her pregnant and they're both so madly in love with each other and hyunwoo seemed to care more about hae-in than caring about the pressure of her family.
He always knew that Hae-in is someone who can stand on her ground, strong woman. And he's already so obedient to her in their dating era. I think the first time she snapped at him in a harsh way is that time where he confronted her about the removal of their baby's things in the nursery. They grieved differently. While he wants to keep the things that reminds him of their baby, She wants them out because it hurts her to see that the things were there but not their baby. If the death of baby hurts hyunwoo, it hurts hae-in more, and probably blames herself up until now.
Their relationship got strained. And then she slowly realized how pressured he is because of her family, and thinks that since their relationship is already strained enough, Hyunwoo would probably ghost her again. So she acts harshly to him to push his buttons. But then, She's dying. And he became caring again, that's why she became suspicious of him before (YOU GUYS REMEMBER?) she said she's become suspicious of him when he started caring about her again since their relationship is so strained. Because she thought that he would never care again after their confrontation.
Then, maybe in her mind. The hope ignites that maybe, their relationship still have hope. (And her love for him never fades, so as his even after that confrontation). That's why when she found the divorce papers, she got so hurt and betrayed.
Remember that it's two of them that made their relationship got strained. Not just Hae-in. But both of them. They both avoided communicating, and started sleeping separately.

After watching Hyun-woo's bragging scenes a couple of times, I realised that he only does it in front of Hae-in. Which in turn made me realise that bragging about stuff is his attempt to flirt. Makes me think that someone (probably his older brother) told him that you can impress girls by bragging about your success, property and abilities. He probably doesn't realise how cringe it is because he never tried it before as Hae-in is the first woman he fell for and she seems to find it weird but in a cute way.
