The coca cola that i use is NO SUGAR, zero calorie carbonated drink and instead of direct sugar, it contains artificial sweeteners which is a mixture of ASPARTAME (METHYLESTER) and ACESULFAME POTASSIUM. I've done a lot of research on these sweeteners and exactly know the right amount of these, that a normal human being can consume, without major effect on diet and fitness.
This doesn't mean that it's healthy and not at all harmful but you should always study about the products that you have to consume on a regular basis and assure that, these products are not gonna harm your body in any possible way.
