It's gotta be Fleetway Super Sonic himself. Because he can get people with a pure heart and a kind soul to awaken their Dark Side just like he did with Silver, because he feeds off negative emotions of certain people like him.
I’m glad Blaze is alright, but I understand Silver’s concern. They need to find a way to make sure his dark form won’t consume him like this anymore. That’s a challenge for another day.

If someone close to me was taken away for too long, I would slowly start getting concerned and I'd begin to worry to the point where I'd barely talk to anyone until that close friend came back to me.
You should also confront Fleetway Super Sonic, because he also has the abilities to feed of people's negative emotions getting them to turn into their Dark Side like he's doing with Silver right now.
