The size makes them even more impressive and amazing. It's much easier to get so many details and the iconic looks of most Star Wars ships with the standard and especially larger scale builds. He makes all of these builds super tiny and small, and yet they're almost all so instantly recognizable.
Yeah I think the extremely fast pace of the movie kinda created that problem - like after I saw the film the first time I had a hard time recalling what even happened much less what anything looked like. There were so many lines I missed and establishing stuff that confused me- like I thought kijimi was that planet from the beginning on the giant ice berg, I was very bewildered. But yeah after seeing the visual dictionary and the toys that have been made these designs have become more memorable to me.
Anyone else think a 3 or even 3 and a half hour version of the rise of sky walker that lets the film breathe and explains more stuff would have made it 10x better?
2bricks I wouldn’t have minded that, they should’ve given more time to show how the Palpatine clone thing came to be. A slower pace at points really would have saved this film.
Yeah - some additional time to set up what the characters are grappling with in this film and what the stakes are - now they are relating to each other in this new dynamic. It was all just so, so quick :( I hate this new notion that movies can’t be 3 hours because otherwise you loose money not being able to screen it as many times in a day- just make the movie the length it needs to be!

It's Kylo's version of the Falcon, but trying to be the exact opposite (black instead of white-ish, boxy instead of round, slow and heavily armed vs. fast & armored). Yet try as he might, he can't escape all his father's influences! Haha great points I hadn't caught until now. I too like that ship a lot, looking forward to adding it to my collection someday.

Well doing a new intro takes time away from making more videos, so I wasn’t really planning on it. When I have new video series I want to do nice intros for them though!
It would be cool if you built another fleet where 3 studs is the Tantive IV or something similar. Then you could build the larger capital ships which would be amazing!

I hate the TIE Whisper so much. The TIE Silencer looked so much better. I don't know what they were thinking replacing it. Anyway Rise Of Skywalker is actually my favorite sequel trilogy movie. It doesn't even hold a candle to the Prequels or Original Trilogy but I genuinely liked it for some reason. After hating The Last Jedi I went into the theater just telling myself not to think too much about it, and I came out satisfied. I liked Kijimi and Exegol a lot, some of the new characters and ships were good, and as much as I ABSOLUTELY DESPISE Palpatine coming back, he's my favorite Star Wars character and I like seeing him. Ian McDiarmind was born for that role and killed it once again. And Billy Dee Williams as Lando was also awesome to see again.

I mean the Whisper build here isn't really accurate, as it doesn't use the wings of a Silencer, its using Interceptor wings.
I think the wings on the whisper and silencer are almost identical as far as I can tell
