@@dark_nightwing_xl2797 Street Fighter 6 has arrived and again, raging demon is weak. Capcom allowed opponents to punch towards Akuma for the raging demon to not work, losing all Akuma's Levels 1,2,3 and CA.
I love to see Takamura as one of the few pro players left still being true to his main Akuma, but I am afraid Capcom nerved Akuma a bit too much (3 seasons straight) that he no longer is viable character for pro's.
Capcom cup ix just finished… it s sad to see even takamura has to switch to Akuma+Ken, about 50/50… akuma is fun to play but totally not viable. Just way too many bad matchups… takamura didnt even try akuma when luke is on deck. His normals used to be Op, nerf is one thing, but capcom gave the rest of the characters even crazier normals…even ryu has better normals than akuma. Many chars have totally unreal damage output. Often times, you feel your akuma plays better than the opponent, but just died in a few combos… Nonetheless, great respect to takamura, sticking with akuma as much as he could.
So-called professionals are not very good when their favourite character is not OP as they like. Not really that much of a professional if they can not adapt and overcome. They get mad if an opponent does the same attack yet are unable to block and overcome spam attacks. It is like when so-called professional footballers fall on the floor crying when tapped by another player. A bit embarassing when children play football without fake diving and other foolishness. I have seen so-called pro gamers and their matches are more boring than those who simply like playing the game. Get more range out of them. Pro-Gamers tend to quit if they dislike your character or you do better than them.

Because of this small skill gap, the characters that are used are often a factor in determining the outcome of a match. Top players have intimate knowledge of matchups and frame data and know exactly how to use and punish certain tools. Knowing matchups means that they are able to choose characters whose tools are able to completely shut down another character’s tools. This also ties into why top level play has cool clips but seemingly boring gameplay. Top players cannot afford to make mistakes because their opponents will know how to take full advantage of any mistake. This makes top level play much more safe than low level or mid level play.
Akuma looks quite dreadful in this game. his little man-bun looks kinda ridiculous to me, and his beard always clip through his body even in his intro and victory animations.
@@hoennghoul4151 but on top of all of that hair he'd rather not have a manban at all. All of this hair around his clean shaven face make his head look like a flower. Pretty silly. And his beard is clipping through his body! Even on the thumbnail you can see that his beard is literally inside his chest, and you could also see that in his very own reveal trailer. How embarassing. It looks like they had a normal model of Akuma and they just glued some hair spikes around his head.
So happy that Akuma has been finally announced on SF6, can't wait to play him.

@@chasun i feel always like this, doing 5/6 combos then the cammy main just spams 3 easy ass combos and i'm dead.
