It may seem bad to you but indirectly it also pushes the ruling party to do much better things and evovle otherwise india will become china where only one party system will rule you never know . If you think with perception like ki bjp kuch nahi kar rahi hai aur congress nai kuch nahi kiya dono hi galat baatein hai . If congress has not done anything then you are going in wrong direction .
