not sure if this is a strategy? But i think just continously destroying their yubels so they have no more to summon out works. You have to OTK though or they’ll shuffle them back into the deck and summon the purple one all over again.

I'm not currently playing Magician Pendulum so I can't answer your exact question. But p.magician can easily destroy yubel going sec
