You only washed Nemo on camera so we could see them swim. Can't fool us...that was delightful. Good result there-two pounds! I wonder how many meals you've gotten over the years from that first set aside? Good you mentioned it so new gardeners learn it can be done and done well.
Lovely potato. I'd love to grow it and I wonder if it's available on this side of the pond. Our weather in the Pacific Northwest is very similar to yours usually. We were very wet and cold until first part of July. Then switched to hot and dry. We'll see going forward. No rain expected for the next 2 or 3 weeks at least. I worry for wildfires, living next to a forest. Tenny rate, thank you for a wonderful reveal and an always entertaining floor show put on by Meg.
Don't have access to Nemo but if you like the two tone look, there's another one called Apache that is similar. Based on parentage looks more a waxy one as Desiree is in its line. Nemo has Mayan Gold as a parent
Out of 13 buckets I don't think we've pulled 5lbs of earlies. Total. Almost all of them had many small black holes. Binned them. I do have 1lb of seed potato, Purple Viking, an Early started late. We'll see how this works. 🤞
Hello Chris. We have had so much rain. Everything I have to hold water in the garden if full to overflowing. No shortage of water here at Home Grown Veg this year but what we are short of is Sunshine & Warmth. Its been a poor summer for us this year. Jim.

I've harvested 15kg of Nemos so far this year. I love that they were bred by a man nicknamed Dr Potato. Great spuds.
Love your vlogs. Thanks for sharing.
Just keep swimming, lol. Beautiful potatoes.
Nice green one for seed

Great harvest of Nemo😊
What beautiful potatoes! Your local shop offers some amazing varieties!
Nice harvest Jim! Thanks for filming.

Hope you caught the couple that were left behind in the bottom soil and with the roots.

Mr Blobby Potato 🙂
Is Nemo good for chips, baked, soups and mashed? I'd like to try it someday. Sad thing is, I'd have to send off for seed potato to try it.
They look a bit like the Apache potatoes that I have grown.

10/10 for Nemo but only 2/10 for water management if it went down the plughole!
