What I tell people is I can't promise perfection, what I can promise is no BS. No BS for them, for me, no BS. Truth, pure, naked truth for yourself even though it hurts, even though it is not fun. Once you get honest, you can get real and then you have to push. Do it anyway. Find the things in your way, what they are, why they are, get help, get them out of your way, and move forward.
