It drops from some of the 400% dungeons now. I know this is old, but i was surprised when i finally got it from that a couple weeks ago.
I suffered for weeks combining rare descendant ceruleans until I got it. It was quite the ordeal.

I actually just got it yesterday and I honestly was just throwing everything that wasnt greyed out. Got it after my 5th combine

I believe the chances are slightly higher. Also it can be done with purple x mods as well
I nwas on the understanding purple c mods would get it that was descendant. But got it this way luck I guess.
Still haven't got one. Got two Shield Collector though.. lol

915hours in game still don't have it. Not a single mod left to combine

@@N0.30 don't need to listen to "what most people says". Korean TFD website list every possibilities of combination together with % chances of what you can get.
