    Absolutely phenomenal video.
It is incredibly hard but like you said, those failures turn into wisdom which turns into skill.

      Thank you Ari 🙏🏻
It’s definitely NOT easy but the journey is worthwhile for those who make it out the other side. Anything else I can do to help you grow your business?

Great video. Needed to hear this. Currently working residential but I truly feel I want to focus on CRE. What are your thoughts on pursuing the CCIM?

      @@iamjosegreyes Let’s make it happen!
Honestly, I think most realtors do CCIM because they think they need an accreditation or validation. It’s like that one life coach who thinks they need to do one more certification… Don’t get me wrong, it’s a notch in your belt, but that’s all. The bigger play is getting the training & leadership you need to make it big in CRE. Many of my coaching students have done CCIM. I’ve heard positive things. But if you’re looking to master CRE and a lasting change, I think we should have a conversation. Here’s my calendar: bit.ly/49Jio7I

Whats the point though? How is 1 million a year not enough?

Enough for what?… 😂 of course, you can afford most things and a quality life. That’s not what I’m saying. Also, $1M in San Francisco & $1M in Oklahoma City are two different things. Not sound greedy, that point is too many people think small and don’t aim high enough in comparison to their potential. Hope that helps!
