Lovely loaf id say its delicious If i may suggest it might be an idea to take it out of mould and leave in oven for 5 or 10 mins allowing it to be baked a little more on the sides .

Small Raisin Bread Recipe:
- 125 ml Milk
- 15 g Sugar
- 3.5 g Instant Yeast
- 175 g Bread Flour
- A pinch of salt
- 17.5 g Cooking Oil
- 75 g Raisins
- 1 tbsp / 25 g Honey
- 10 g Milk Powder
If anything needs to be changed or added, let me know!
Your pansize is wrong I checked in using line drawing 9.5 cm x 9 cm x 8 cm this is too small are aware of it ??? Do know what is the equivalent of it in inches??? It's 3.74" x 3.54 "x 3.15" please correct your pansize in the description
Just a little tip, probably best to leave the milk,sugar, yeast mix for about 15 minutes to make sure the yeast is working and not died.👍
