Just a friendly advice, do not put your diffuser next to an electrical appliance its not safe especially because your one is close to the TV. TVs do a lot of processing and release hot air thus they have a fan inside to ensure that the components inside do not overheat so you if add humidity close to it, you're making things worse.

Babe I’m struggling so much with maintaining mine so I really can’t advice you 🥴 try see a dietician babe, they’re good. I just know you shouldn’t take iron supplements or food rich in iron with milk, tea or coffee coz it inhibits the absorption. I know livers, spinach and flaxseeds have lots of iron so you can incorporate those in your diet. Also, take iron supplements with orange juice coz vitamin C aids in absorbing iron
