    Don't get too worried about the weight..I would say be more concerned with the strength and endurance level, if that is improving then you are on the right track. I will say that for me the intermittent fasting really worked.
    The way I would do it was to not eat until about noon, sometimes longer, and I woke at 04:00 to go to work so that will give you an idea on my schedule. Sometimes I would not eat until my day was almost done at 1500 (3:00 PM) and just ran on black coffee or unsweetened tea and water and I did fine in a pretty physical job.
    The other thing that really burned the fat off was to exercise during my fast on my days off. I would get up at regular time and then exercise and then eat at about noon once again and that really seemed to help.
    Anyways, keep up the good work and don't fret too much over the pounds.

    What made you get the surgery in the first place? What kind of symptoms?
