Very good information, thank you. I have always wanted to try this, now after seeing your video, I will try it.
1) That is not an aloe vera. That is another type of aloe plant.
2) You cannot propagate aloe from the leaves anyways. You must wait for them to put off pups or offsets, which those can come up from the growing medium or straight from the mother plant.
3) Please, please, please do not follow this tutorial.
Where do you get that information???? I hope you are wrong! I hope I hope I hope!
@@0GRANATE0 I've learned from experience. And yeah, I'm sorry, but it definitely won't work. Make sure you fact check tutorials before you use them.
Wow ..amazing video ..thanks for sharing .
Learn something every day ..I thought i had to wait for new pups to have more aloe ..
But wow
G G ummm...to be honest, you're gonna have to wait for pups or wait for a sale on aloes because this technique doesn't work.
These things grow wild where I live and it's actually becoming a problem lol.
soulassassin0g where do you live?
Aren’t they super nutritional?
Juice them, health gels for skin & hair.... heaps of ways to use aloe vera....
Gracias por el video, supongo que es lo mismo para el aloe aristata
Isn’t this aloe ciliaris?
Great video!
Oomf that must've hurt 0:14
Jon Adol hahahaha 😂
Awesome video!! Thanks a lot!!
This doesn't look like the edible Aloe Vera...looks like another Aloe species. Definitely not Aloe Vera.
It's aloe cillaris (climbing aloe
Thank you! My aloe got root rot and there was no saving her so I’m going to try this method to try and re-grow her. Wish me luck!! 😁
Don't try this! It's not going to work. You can't grow aloes from leaves, you have to wait for them to produce off sets or pups!
This is not aloe Vera
Are you simple?
Aloe cilaris
Thanks for keeping it so simple !!!!!
can i use the one i kept in the fridge?
If it's not frozen, you can. The chances are small but try
wow. you are successful with method. and me unsuccessfully when apply with American Aloe

Very useful video! My room will be full of nice Aloes!
Don't try this. It's fake.
03:36 According to WikiHow, if you are potting the leaves immediately after cutting you'll increase the chance that the plant will start rotting. Also, you shouldn't put any water on the repotted leaved, let alone that much water.
Thanks very much for your information
kledder You have to water it to get the soil to resettle. The water drains at the bottom anyway.
according to this video the way he does this works perfectly.sometimes the internet generalizes
Thank you - I will try this!
How'd it go?
TH-cam I love you so much. TH-cam MAKES MY LIFE SO MUCH MORE INTERESTING, VITAL, FUN, T H A N K S!!!!!!!
Very informative video. Bless you
Greetings : Difficult to read in red, please try another color. Eye noticed the yellow was somewhat better. Thanks. 🌹🙋🌴.
Two things:
1. It is impossible to grow an aloe from a single leaf.
2. That is not aloe vera, but aloe ferrox.
Nice video anyways :)
how to understand aloe vera for eating from white tiny dots on the leafs and we have to buy root is that
That's not aloe vera, but I'm near certain that it's not aloe ferrox either. I can tell you a lot of aloes that it isn't but I can't say what it is unfortunately.
Yeah exactly
Yes it's not aloe verra !
good sir Murray is correct. Aloe Ferox it is. I don't understand why people posting educational videos whilest knowing crap about the matter. + a small cut at the buttom of the leaf is enough to just gently remove the leaf, always the oldest first and better use a plastic/ceramic knife to avoid oxidation.
would have been nice to see a video where one could see the leaf actually take root ... which it in my opinion never does. but anyways, this is isn't even aloe vera, same family yes, but other variety ... and also here it isn't possible to plant like this.
Merci pour votre vidéo. Je vais essayer
