Madam you are superb, but please remove filler (You should avoid using meaningless fillers, such as "um", "like", and "you know" in your speeches. When given in a speech, it can detract from what is being said. Reasons you may use such expressions may be that it is simply a bad habit or that you are unsure of what you will be saying next). It were so irritating .
