This has a better layout for a house of this size compared with the other usual layout. It has a separate bedroom and a living room.
I would prefer a square house instead of a inner entrance to maximize interior space and make the kitchen bigger. I can also remove the bedroom wall or use a sliding accordion door, put a murphy bed and a small square coffee table that can be folded in the wall with 2 folding chairs.

Mejorando mucho, así se hace, faltó una toma de distribución y medida de espacio, no vi la ventilación del baño pero si está muy bien distribuido y quizás la parrilla quede donde está Refri o nevera y está a su vez donde la parrilla, recuerda hay que aprovechar todos los espacios.
Afuera debió quedar un área de lavado y una mesita de té o sillón siempre se puede algo de doble o triple propósito.
