I still stand by this being a good game. Still wild it didn't even get a mention during the game awards for art direction because barring issues with plot and difficulty I think it has one of the most unique world building and art direction I've seen in recent times.
Probably not mentioned because too much... plot... 😂
I just love how everything in AH is far-out and eclectic. Whole thing looks, sounds, and feels darkly surreal-which lends a tone and vibe that’s distinct from your average big-budget offering.

It was one of my favorite games when I played it. Did not have much difficulty issues and on Xbox it run great.

While the final product doesn't quite live up to what was previewed, I still got a kick out of my time with Mundfish's first joint.

Its on sale for 19.79 rn on steam, definitely worth playing. It's like prey 2017 meets bioshock with more fast paced combat and a killer soundtrack
I thoroughly enjoyed it. Beautiful world, great combat, interesting enemies, and an amazing soundtrack. I played it over a year ago and it had some bugs.
If you do get it, make sure to save often. The autosave is not exactly reliable.
New Game Plus was also poorly designed. At the very beginning before you have to reach a certain area for all your stats, skills, and gear to carry over, but reaching that point is damn near impossible.
They might have fixed these things by now but maybe not.

Played this game on game pass a couple of months ago, and was awesome for the most part, dialogue a bit cringe at times, but gameplay was exactly what i needed to scratch my Bioshock hitch, exited to eventually play the DLCs

This game could've had a really good story but it was done soo poorly
It might've been better if it fully committed to being a over the top action story.
As it is, it's a bit all over the place.
Yeah the middle of the story was confusing and the English dialogue wasn't great, but I did like the ending of it because it was hard to predict, but did provide clues throughout the playthrough.
The 2nd DLC was basically just an app mini game, i hope this third one delivers

Bought the base game at launch, finished it with bugs and all, even some of the achievements didn't even work, it was kind of a mess, never went back, got pretty monotonous by the end....

Combat in this game gets super annoying and repetitive. Plus, each character has at least 5 minutes of dialogs each time you visit them which makes the game a yapping simulator basically. I wish they could address these issues, otherwise game was fun to play.

possibly the worst video game writing I've ever encountered
I wanted to pick atomic heart up but it got bad reviews and never went on sale. Not sure if it was just anti-russian sentiment or progressives not liking the characters or if it was truly a bad game. Still curious.
prob most of it to do with russian , was hard to find a physical copy in my country even.
It's an amazing game. Tough as nails though when you hit the open world and alot of people in general didn't give it a proper chance due to Russia (which I don't blame them for)
