Using lots of tissue tape or paper tape..
U can also you two sided tape but after removing craft that tape will destroy your wall paint

Good idea but light paper to use. Once fan will on everything will be destroyed . Should use carton cardboard to make it heaviere and will give it solid look. It's ok for class decorations but not for home
