GiantsRTheBest1 pbr&b from weeknd which helped drake more so
GiantsRTheBest1 The Weeknd actually gave most of the take care album to drake. Drake discovered him, The Weeknd gave him songs early on because this was way before he was famous, and drake turned some of The Weeknd's songs and his own into the take care album. And yeah. That includes Marvin's room.

Its 3:40am. I'm reminising on old memories. 5 and a half years ago I met my ex ex girlfriend while at university, we were together for 2 and a half years in the end... it was an extremely toxic relationship, fights every other day but oh my god it was powerful. We met in our first year at university, she was my first girlfriend and she was the most beautiful girl in the world, it was safe to say I fell instantly... and hard. I listened to this song on repeat when I used to skateboard over to hers late at night. Man the memories, I was so free living the university life not having any responsibilities and just focusing all of my attention on her. Fuck so many memories that I can feel. She lived in Germany while I lived in the UK and we went on holiday together to Spain and Berlin, she was my world and I still fucking love her even though she treated me like CRAP and manipulated me into thinking that it was my fault that she self harmed. Damn, I didn't think I'd end up writing so much, I've actually got tears running down my face. I feel like after 4 and a half years I'm finally processing my emotions and it's the most beautiful release and this song is just so bloody mesmorising it takes me right back to the days when my life was so ridiculously amazing. Man life passes by quickly and you don't know you're living your best life until it's over. Damn life is so beautiful. I feel like I want to get in touch with her again and phone her to get closure even after three years. It's really weird for me because I haven't really thought about her for three years now but this song has just bought back everything and made me realise I haven't got closure
wow this shit is deep, im currently in a relationship with a girl and i love her so much and ill listen to the weeknd's music and it'll intensify that feeling and it's just so crazy how music can represent and almost be like a time stamp of events, it's so powerful

Holy shit that verse! SO VIBEY!! I needed this back in 2012 - 2013 maaaan!! First time i'm hearing this!
3:00 is my fav and so fourth I love what he did at the end!! 😭🔥💕
I WAS LOOKING FOR THIS OML!!!
Found it guys
Anyone thinking it was just 4 songs for take care is dumb. The weeknd gave that album it's whole vibe. Unless you're telling me I'm so proud is your fav song off that album
the weeknd took drakes "dark vibe" to begin with, he just made it even darker, he even said it himself.
henny hefner sorry that’s absolutely false
LK6Gaming relax casual. Both The Weeknd and Drake are gods at music.
henny hefner the weeknd didnt take shit, trilogy is all the weeknd singing about the shit that went down in his life. he made himself
@@db4695 Drake discorvered Abel's dark sound and wanted him to help out. I still only think Drake only took like 3 songs but if there is a dark vibe it's because of The Weeknd (Abel).
This has always been my favourite and i just found out that there’s a version with abel only this is too good omg
3:10 i can listen to that all day.....
The only stain on The Weeknds career is letting that vulture Drake anywhere near his songs.
????? He copied drakes so far gone sound
SWEAR I LOVE THIS VERISON
The last part always gets me HYPED UGH I LOVE YOU ABEL this is the very first song I heard of his, and what made me become XO. 💕🎈 XOTWOD
He didn't like the second verse? I fucking love it honestly
I knew his singles playing all the time on the radio but I didn't know much about him, his albums, first time my ex gf showed me him before Starboy release (month before) it was first time I ever heard "In the night", "Adaption", "Shameless", we were driving a car for hours listening to his music, spending time on back, making love, being together for half night, damn. Now it's almost 5 months since she broke up with me, we were 2 years together and everytime I listen to Abel's songs I have flashbacks about her, still waiting for Chapter 6!
Trilogy Weeknd was defo from a different planet. That 2nd verse may be a freestyle but it is fucking sick and the vocal effect is a wonderful touch.
A boy trying to climb a ladder that he didn’t belong on, he was already superior to his piers. A legend in the making 😊
Wow I am super late. This is my first time hearing this. I had no idea there was an original version to this song all this time wtf. I love this way better
This sound is timeless not just the track
after listening to this at least once everyday, everytime i listen to the actual version on spotify i catch myself singing the second verse too even if i'm halfway into another song by the time i'm done
Man I always wished i could have just got this even before we found out this was an original weekend song. Craaaaaazy
Both artist gave us something beautiful. Thank you OVO and XO
Thank you so much honestly, as a fan since day one I have never heard this haha I can’t wait to show my sisters who religiously listened to him when he first started putting out mixtapes / albums that’s how I got hooked however I was 9 at the time lol
Las canciones de The Weeknd las dejo de escuchar por un tiempo largo, pero cuando vuelvo es como una puta droga para los oídos.
@@miru4763 Thanks for sharing, I wish you both the best of luck. Cherish these times my friend, you never know what the future holds and before you know it, you'll look back and realise you didn't cherish the best moments of your life. Maybe reply to me in a few years if things go to shit and we can talk x
Can’t listen to this song without thinking about BigQuint dancing at the beginning.
Lmao same
Hahaha so true
Damn son, where'd ya find this?
