Very clear instructions and demonstration. Especially liked the close up views as most I've seen are too far away to really see the process. Great job! Thank you!
Thank you for your video. I already "liked" it. But the interesting part is: how can we calculate the number and separations of the warp yarns, according with the thickness of the warps and wefts?
Unless your warps are very far apart winding around 3 at the end won't look very different to 2. The selvage of a textile is often different to the main part of the fabric so I don't think it will matter if it is on the edge. Hope this helps. Pat
I think you are talking about the top of the fringes at the beginning of the weaving piece. I have a separate video that teaches you how to attach the fringes onto a warp. Pat

Simple and elegant! Already using it to spice up my macrame projects. Thank you!!
I have been thinking about getting back into macrame. I did so much of it as a child.
@@weavewithpat oh you should! It’s honestly very therapeutic with all the repetitive knot tying 😊

Such a pretty weaving stitch. Like others want to know, though, how do you end this "stitch?"

Love it, only one question...I've got an odd number of warps, should I grab 3 warp threads at the end?

One could use a tapestry needle to do this stitch . It’s much faster 👍🏼
