Doing a sunscreen focused brand trip where everyone ends up with sunburn is HILARIOUS 😂

Not to stick up for Kosas but no matter how good a sunscreen is you have to reapply, especially if you’re sweating or in water. I’m more skeptical that the influencers may not have been as diligent as they should have (because let’s be honest the brand would never tell them constantly to reapply sunscreen).

@@fuzzycutething88 I understand what you're saying but brands dictate so much when it comes to brand trips (clothes to wear, types of posts they put up, where and when to take pics etc) it wouldn't be crazy to simply remind them to reapply sunscreen especially when that's what they were currently promoting! They are supposed to be making the product look good, they made it look like it doesn't work

@@fuzzycutething88Honestly even when I reapply sunscreen I still burn🥲 Last August me and my friends had a lake day and I reapplied sunscreen all over every hour, and still ended up with the most painful burns all over my legs and feet they were so bad it was extremely painful to walk for about a week after & I couldn’t wear shoes😭😭

@@fuzzycutething88 Also sunscreen doesn't prevent sunburn 100%. Due to just UV rays just getting through or the cream aggregates or is wipes off. There should be instructions on the sunscreens which tell them to reapply.

The most iconic is that all of them came back sunburnt. I mean, they were there to promote a sunscreen 😂. This is sooo ridiculous. And I am not even talking about the weird fact that already rich people get gifted even more stuff and are sent on a free trip which they could easily afford with their own money. But in the end, it is promotion and probably still cheaper than hiring some relevant celebrity. They got what they want by inviting controversial people. Everyone talkes about it and the brand gets all the exposure it needs. I mean, I have never heard of them before. Now I know this brand, however, after seeing all this severely sunburnt skin I wouldnt even want to purchase a single item from them 😂😂😂😂. Those influencers probably didnt even use any of these products and they went straight into the bin.

The sunburn thing is a bad look, but that's not really on the brand. Sunscreens don't work all day. You're supposed to apply & reapply every two hours and you need often times more than you think you do. Most of us have been outside for a few hours & thought we did a good job with sunscreen only to learn later we missed spots. Had nothing to do with the product, just poor application aka user error.
Also my heart breaks for that little girl. That level of favoritism will impact her even if the mom believes she's not being biased - I mean she's already posted publicly to millions of people she prefers her son like that's so horrible. It will show itself in other ways and I just hope her father balances it out with her.

  • @Sweet_Tooth_Art

It's really weird that they would invite someones kids on a brand trip. Brand trips are pretty well known for a lot of alcohol (maybe drugs too?) not really a place for toddlers. Also if I went on a brand trip excepting it to be all adults and then found out there where little kids I'd be pissed. Do any of the other influencers that went have kids too? I wonder how they felt about one of them bringing there kids for free. I get she's a mum but part of being a mum is knowing what's appropriate for your kids and keeping them out of inappropriate/dangerous situations like oh idk being around a bunch of drunk people while near a pool. Super dangerous.
