I remember many years ago having to "Hide" the prototype of this header on harvest with Robert. Great header, glad to see it's still being refined.

Looks way better than the 9250 i got its end deviders are attached to the plastic covers which get pulled off and wreaked

So there are machine settings that must either be made while standing next to the header with the machine running at full speed or on a trial and basis repeatedly starting and stopping it to "dial in" upper auger speed? And I have to "calculate the difference" between and manually adjust voltages of header height sensors and "eyeball" header height level so that "automated" system functions properly? It has no ability to self-calibrate?
Holy shit no wonder Gleaner owners that "love the combines" end up buying Brand X "bean heads".

The top auger speed ratio is set during setup of the header when first installed. It's really never touched again during operation. Setting the header to the correct header height position is done as a rule of thumb for the optimal performance. If you'll watch the video about Calibrating The Automatic Header Control you'll see the calibration of the sensors is fully automated and only requires the operator to start the calibration. Every brand of head is going to require setup and adjustments to get optimal performance.
