"disgusting chemicals" Kourtney oh my god. Take a chemistry class. EVERYTHING IS CHEMICALS. The chemicals in candy are the same chemicals floating around in our bodies. They are completely fine in moderation. As long as the kids brush their teeth when they get home, and drink water, they will be fine. If she wants a healthier party, she should try going caffeine-free instead. This gluten-free bullshit she promotes is so unhealthy for those without celiac disease or another gluten intolerance. It can cause a huge range of nutritional deficiencies. She needs to read some scientific peer-reviewed journal articles before she enforces these ridiculous strict dietary rules for her kids.

My mom used to think like Kourtney. She’d forbid me from eating any candy at all. For like 2 years, I had no such things - she was super strict about it. (I was freaking 8/9) Then one day I received my first pocket money and ever since then started to spend it all on candy. The amount of sweets I ate was really unhealthy, but I couldn’t stop. You should never forbid your kids from eating candy completely, because one day, when they can afford it themselves, they will not be able to control themselves.

My child is 6 years old and has never eaten sugar. Why? No one needs extra sugar than what the right food can provide. My child doesn't care. Is completely uninterested and is happy without. Never asked, wanted or thought it was unfair. I myself have discussed biology with my child. Nothing about weight or anything.
