Plant foods gathered by humans is not cannibalistic in comparison for two reasons. One thats not the literal definition and its an apples to oranges comparison. Humans consent to work necessary to make plant based foods, bees are exploited to make honey. Which is made of plant and animal ingredients.

As for the death threats, I don't feel inclined to defend something Richard has already explained, apologized, and made amends for. If someone has a problem with his actions after he admitted fault and righted the wrong with those involved, that's their own problem, not his or his fanbase.

Frank it's so funny how you say that if you trained legs you would weigh in your 170s! I train legs and squat 440 pounds for 2 reps and I weigh 160 and I'm the same height as you! I try to focus on plant based meals though I haven't completely transitioned to Vegan yet but I'm getting there, I rarely eat any meat though and I have gained way more strenght every since i have been focusing on more plant based!
The easiest way to go from vegetarian to vegan, at least I found, is to educate yourself on the cruelty of animals especially in the dairy industry. 🤷♂️ respect though.

I'm a very skinny, 10 years vegan girl who has only at most done intermediate yoga and run a few miles. I never touched weights (well except like 5lbs ones for side planking and stuff) and even I know Frank's form is fucking terrible. It hurts my scoliosis looking at it.

There's nothing practical about starving to death, so if such a situation arises, it would be justified to eat an animal, the same way it's justified to eat another human in a survival situation. Technically calisthenics is not for weak people people can start doing calisthenics at any age and at any fitness level I’ve been doing calisthenics for 1 year and if I want to get better at a particular skill or exercise if I get an injury I can use the machines at a gym until I get better in fact calisthenics can make you even stronger if you do weighted calisthenics it’s just like going to the gym but you’re not sacrificing your fitness goals of doing calisthenics and you will get similar benefits just like you are if you go to the gym.

@@Djisok okay thank you for elaborating and I have seen Frank Tufano making up lies about weight training and exercising in general because I’ve seen VG roast him on his videos and calisthenics is one of the hardest training styles you can ever do I have been doing calisthenics for over 1 year so I know how hard it is especially if you want to do freestyle and or weighted calisthenics.
