My biggest problem was lack of support. They were sitting on a gold mine. They could have had a complete wipe once MW3 came out. Put the new Zombies Warzone map in the Rotation and it would have been great.
They put too much resources into too many updates. They should've had longer seasons with less content rather than doing this one year "crunch" and then forgetting about the game at all.
I play Vondel almost 100% of the time, the bots are insane. Also most of the games when you are in a fight that stupid commander helo start bombing you across the map😤😂

This wouldn't be so bad if there were more maps, which would make it more challenging to memorize and rush all the spawns straight out the gate. Having no good controller-based extraction experience, I reluctantly went back to Warzone yesterday. My first four matches were rife with players relentlessly hunting me before I could even arm myself, then I had to deal with people I spared needlessly eliminating me on a whim despite me letting them live to extract what they worked for. I said friendly, so I obviously saw them first, but they downed me and looted me anyway. That's terrible sportsmanship, and it shouldn't be encouraged with such heavy PvP focused penalties. Instead of putting contracts on them, they should send more bots after them. If someone downs other players who shot first, there shouldn't be a penalty. That was return fire. What they should've done was created unique zones where players could go fight instead. There's too much advancement to be made with far too grindy requirements for so much PvP focus. They should lighten the requirements in that case, then there wouldn't be much to complain about.
I agree, total sweats that dont do missions, contracts or even know how to barter for things, they jus pvp and loot...I honestly think if they took the looting other players out they wouldn't do it as much

The acz era was literally the best. It actually made the world feel like an actual area where conflict was occuring. But the bots haven't bothered me throughout the life of the game. As of now, i currently have over 78k in aq kills in my stats. I target everything.
I like that we have a map where the bots are insane :) its gives different challenge and different way to move around the map! the worst thing for me is activision that even that we have paid for the game they don't fix the glitches, they don't respect us as costumers. i believe that if they remove the ap rounds and rgl and at the same time fix the glitches DMZ will last for long time because will be much more fun to play!i fell in love with dmz, i respect that people like other modes too like zombies (i dont) but there is nothing like dmz out there from all perspectives for a player that likes pvp and different scenarios every time!❤DMZ❤
for me #1 problem (outside obvious problems of cod in general like aa) - is a f*** visiual clutter recoil. After mw1&3 and DeltaForce I trie to return to DMZ&MW2 - close after firing range.
Honestly I dont mind the AI in Vondel very much, they’re easy to avoid and control, compared to the dmg/aggression of Ashika, and the unparalleled tracking/aim on Al Maz
I've played since day 1 and I can't do it anymore, i have literally shot abot in mazrah point blank 4x's and he killed me, molotov in the water and died in vondel both with 3 plate vest, yet a player can hit me in the foot shooting blind from 30 feet with the same shot gun and I'm dead... I've said the only thing that's going to help is the stopping being able to loot players you killed... I've hung on longer than about half a dozen friends but I don't care what they do im done
I was excited for DMZ but not only the AI, I feel there’s no consequences. No gear fear. I think that’s a main element in extraction games. There’s a game out there right now in alpha that’s killing it. It’s believe to be a DMZ killer although not sure why it’s called that when DMZ is not supported anymore as COD killed it. Anyways great content. Keep it up!

For those of us that's experienced the real DMZ from the start it's pathetic...I jus tried finding a old mission at Sattiq caves blk box lol I've tried 7x's and I've shot the A.I. head shot from less than a 100 6x's in the head... then I get in the plane and they spawn out the walls around me lol this last one i was downloading the intell the a smoker and wearing a 3 plate got hot 2x's from? No A.I. was around....I cant do it no more, it pisses me if because that's what they want, they want it to die so it free's up the servers... mw3 let me see COD has gone woke, weapons, camos, calling cards and blueprints don't mean anything except you gave them money....

Had 3 plates in. Came around a corner. One bot hit my with a shotgun, another had a molotov on me at the same time. Downed me. Self revived and got hit my another molotov and went right back down
How do u unlock that green animated camo on the tempus I tried looking to see if it was a package from the store an can't find it but I'm sure I've seen Phixate put that camo on other guns I think tho does anyone know what it's called thxs.
Vondel isn’t awful if you can afford to run a riot shield on your back and run from most AI. Riot shield is kinda a bitch move in DMZ but if it works, it works 🤷🏻♂️ gotta get missions done somehow lmao
Suppresion does virtually nothing to combat AI aggro. The moment a single AI in a 75 meter radius fires their gun every AI in that area will aggro regardless if you have a suppressor or not
I just finished playing a game on Vondel and My two teammates died and I was fighting a platoon by myself I had the commander shooting at me and all the bots around bike parking were shooting at me two of the other players and it's to walk in the back parking without ever getting shot at

There is absolutely 0 issue with the one shot shotgun, truth is in real life a shotgun will kill you no matter what armor you got if close range, what DMZ exactly recreated you don't want to get one shouted don't stay close ranged. The AI is the worst thing on earth tho

Bro, are you new to DMZ? This has been the fucking issue SINCE DAY FUCKING ONE. The AI has learned to wait until firefights are over, and kill the winners. And Saddiq Cave Complex AI would fucking murder anything in Elden Ring.
It has been an issue since day one but the ACZ zone AI was the pinnacle of AI , even then though S1 - S4/5 they didn't target you from 100m away through walls.
The real problem is wanna be streamers jus hunting not respecting what dmz is... they don't do missions don't do contracts for perks, don't know how to barter the jus PVP and loot player's... that's what the game is to them... the thing is it is to be for casual player's but the wz rejects found out they can come in and get easy k*s... and then saying its a skill issue, yes, many of us adults don't have 4+hr's a day to play but it shouldn't matter, i come in with a uav and get k* b4 i can even use it, that's 30 seconds lol that's pathetic... it was one of the BEST games and the sweaty POS ruined it...i jus tried 6 fk'n times to jus x fill out of al mazrah to finish a MISSION... My biggest gripe is that fact that there is legitimately no stealth. If one bot sees you, they all see you.

My biggest issue is the lag or packet burst shit, games unplayable now. Have not seen the under barrel glitch yet except on video.

ACZ was peak DMZ. It made the maps feel more alive and allowed for less skilled solo players to sneak around squads with AI combat as sound cover.
AI is OP AF. They need to do something about it like fix that shit.

the AI is indeed terrible but you running a gun without a suppressor is not a good idea, especially as it almost negates the stealth vest.

Yeah I feel like the AI should alter their targets based on squad size. Aggro big squads more than solos when both are in close range
