- Welcome to our tour of a modern and cozy house. Situated on a 10x25m plot, the design of this contemporary house favors practical and comfortable living.
With three bedrooms and a courtyard with an internal garden, nature is incorporated into the interior of the house, providing a sense of peace and tranquillity. The social area is geared towards integrating the environments, making it perfect for entertaining and socializing. The large bedrooms offer plenty of space and are flooded with natural light, ensuring an airy and pleasant atmosphere.
The house also has a two-car garage, storage room, laundry room, suite with dressing room and plenty of cupboards for storage. Explore the balance between modern aesthetics and functionality in every corner of this project.

I like that some thought was put into adding a place to hang outerwear near the front door.
I LOVE the bedroom with the little desk behind the head of the bed, even though it's not the best feng shui.
I LOVE the storage in the upstairs corridor, great use of space!
There should be a mech room to hide the water heater and breaker box, though I suppose the laundry room could double as that.
I feel that the kitchen is definitely not built to support a family of 6, as indicated by the presentation. There is not enough room for storage and there is a distinct lack of a pantry. Always consider any cabinet below a built in stovetop to be monopolised by its workings. Cabinets below a sink should also be considered monopolised. Cabinets that are out of reach and require a stool or step ladder to access should be considered space for things to be forgotten.
Whomever does the cooking for this family will be frustrated with the lack of storage for pots, pans, and containers. They will DEFINITELY be frustrated that for a family of 6, they have nowhere to store foods that don't go in the refrigerator.
Overall I love the design and aesthetic, though.
