Part 7: • Reggie Wright on Mob J...
Part 1: • Reggie Wright Jr on Pl...
    --------
In this clip, Reggie Wright Jr. reacted to Nas' "Death Row East" track on his latest album, King's Disease II, and he said he blames Snoop Dogg for giving ammunition for the song. Reggie then went on to address the situation Nas rapped about on the song, which went down at an afterparty for the 1996 MTV VMAs. Reggie explained that 2Pac and Nas' brother Jungle had a confrontation at the awards show, which continued at the afterparty when Pac and Nas butted heads. After pointing out that they were rolling with 75 people deep, Reggie said that the heated conversation between the two rappers was eventually worked out. To hear more, including Reggie confirming that 2Pac and Nas planned to work on music together, hit the above clip.

I think that Snoops version of the story is wrong because he wasn't rollin with 2pac's crew. It's stated by everyone else that Snoop wasn't in that confrontation. He was in the park, so from his perspective he might have confused the Jersey mob for Nas's crew. That's the only way it makes sense.
