Dr. Seyfried, we should have a meeting like this sometime! I've been living at 39 years old with GBM and Gliosarcoma, and missing 5cm of my brain after second brain surgery. Went through 7 weeks radiation, non-stop chemo and 2 brain surgeries. I'm on extreme carnivore diet, extreme exersize, tons of sun. I started taking metformin to lower glucose even lower. GKI can be below 1!

Metformin will negate all you exercise effort. They stand in contradiction to one another

This is wonderful. Am on carnivore moving toward ketogenic.
Understood that had autoimmune issues since a child. Now 80 and working on healing osteoporosis after 9 compression vertebral fractures. Also have bloating - maybe IBS, SIBO, and/or SIFO.
Just want to heal enough myself without getting into the current medical field so if there is a cancer, this diet will heal it.
The carnivore and keto diets are amazing.
    Thank you.

Says that Cardiolipins in cells are heavily polyunsaturated.
And says that cancer cells are all saturated.
I always thort (re food) that saturated equals good & unsaturated equal bad (re inflammation etc).
I guess that our body duznt eat cancer cells or cardiolipins.
So why are unsaturated fats in our cells better than saturated fats in our cells?
Later. Says Alzheimers is due to low glucose................ I thort due to hi glucose.
