It's okay, your question is not stupid at all ^^ To have the mmd appear on the screen you need to enable the screen capture. It's on the top bar under background, choose one with the text ON.Mode, i usually just use ON.Mode02, because the others stretch the original resolution. But keep in mind this only works with stage that have the screen like this one. Usually concert stage have that feature or you could search for a screen accessory and add it to any stage. The moving accessory on the stage is a feature from the stage itself. You just need to enable it by the slider. The download link for the stage is available on the video I said I got the inspiration from on description. Except for the blue music bar at the back, you will need to use a tool called VMDSpectrum for it, just follow the tutorial here to know how to use it fav.me/d6xxwz9 Hope that helps!
