Thank you so much. I do this routine for myofascial therapy. I have lots of tender spots from injuries and this helps release the tight facia tissue a lot. My muscles are more flexible afterwards. This is also a good routine for those who do weight training exercises.
Thanks for your useful video. In the past, guasha massage was used to treat muscle spasms and loose skin. Today, this method is used for beautifying and rejuvenating the skin of the body. The skin on the face is stretched and less prone to wrinkles or acne than before
I love your videos. I started to do guasha for double chin like 2 weeks ago and it's basically gone! Can't wait to try the body massage. I hope it will help with cellulite too. Thanks for creating this wonderful content ❤
I always had to use some sort of lotion or oil for massaging myself but love these stones as it's very smooth without anything needed and i can really control the intensity of the massage. Obsessed with these things
Dark circles and a symmetrical face. What about using near eyes if they are sensitive or had a lift/tint? Is it ok to do this on the neck for thyroid issues?
Dry brushing is great for lymphatic drainage and exfoliation and Gua sha is perfect for lymphatic drainage as well as releasing muscle tension and fascia release. Both also help with blood circulation which helps boost collagen production ❤
BTW, your skin (everywhere but especially) on your legs looks flawless. Is this just from this practice? Are there other topical practices you do? Is there any camera filter at work? I struggle with my skin being so reactive to everything, and I'd love to have even a fraction of your flawlessness! I hope that question isn't too personal. Thanks!
Amazing video. I subscribed. Is the pink Rose one ok? Is moisturiser ok on legs and a face moisturiser for face? I’m worried about oils as they may clog pores or flatten my (lifted/tinted) eyelashes. I’d like to lighten and make my under eyes more youthful and fix frown/11 lines. Is it ok on the neck for thyroid issues? Hoping it helps my Sinus, jaw and ear fullness/popping too. Does it help puffiness, symmetrical, toner body and digestion?
Thanks, i someone got me one & i honestly didnt know what to do with it or how to use it. Lol. Sorry. But it makes total sense to me now. It seems like its kindof a lymphatic drainage treatment for the body? Is that correct?
I got my bigger one at H&M a long time ago, and the smaller one in a shop in barcelona. I linked a simular one in the bio but these are so easy to find anywhere online.
You can use the smaller one too! The bigger ones are a bit harder to find. Amazon has a few if u are able yo purchase from there. I got mine on sales at an H&M if I remember correctly.

What’s the difference between gua sha massage and dry brushing in terms of benefits and results? Thanks for the tutorial ❤

Excellent!!
Glad you like it ☺️
Do you recommend doing this before or after workout?
Can you tell me what the background music is please? I'm just new to gua sha as of today. Your video was a great start. Thank you. ❤
I'm considering buying a Gua Sha which is how I stumbled upon your video, but I'm fully lulled by the music and staying just for the vibes lol 💕

Love the Gua sha WHERE can I get one from? All I find are small ones??,🙏
Amazon has some big ones as well!
How do you make sure it’s real jade? I’m always a bit worried about the ones on Amazon & if they’re authentic
Mine is not authentic jade and its fine. It does the job :)
Amazing video. I subscribed.

Thank you for this tutorial. Please do you take a shower after the massage?
Hey ❤ love your Chanel. Just bought a large Gua sha the other day. For our belly are we not supposed go downward?
Should have included that in the video lol, but upwards towards your armpits :) but I think downwards would work fine too.
How often would you say I should do this ?
Daily or 2-3 times a week. Depends on how much time you have and what’s realistic for you
Is this also helpful for thigh cellulite?
Is it normal that the skin feels à bit tingly afterwards?
Would you recommend to do this after working out or before ?
I see you didn’t do the abdomen area. Should that be skipped when using the gua sha tool? Thanks
Thanks, i someone got me one & i honestly didnt know what to do with it or how to use it. Lol. Sorry. But it makes total sense to me now. It seems like its kindof a lymphatic drainage treatment for the body? Is that correct?
Yes! :)
WHERE CAN I GET YOUR BODY GUA SHA WITH THE SERRATED EDGE FROM PLEASE?
Can we do our stomach area and back?
Where can I purchase the gua sha tools you are using?
Where did you purchase your blade?
I was wondering if you could use this everywhere (instead of other devices like that one that looks like a car polisher lol).
Yes! But this won't give you the exfoliating benefits as the "car polisher" lol. This is mostly for lymphatic drainage :)
Please let us know where we can find the larger stone. I find the smaller one online but nothing that looks like the larger one.
I found mine at grocery outlet!
Wouldnt exercise do the same thing? Or a messager?
Yes, this is just another option.
I couldn’t tell if you were going up or down on the back of the neck. Would you please lmk? Thank you.
Up! ☺️ you can do down as well, but I enjoy wiggling at the top for max tension relief!

where to buy both of the gua sha tools?

Pet par kaise kare
Could not find the large rose quartz “bumpy” tool on video. I only saw the small ones online.🙏💕

Thank you for your quick replies! Great video. Thumbs up & I’ll subscribe ❤
I just bought it from the same site on sale🙏
