It's not wrestling with doubt to rely on the institution that only BENEFITS from your continued allegiance to help you figure things out. You don't inquire by starting at the end conclusion and working backwards. You go toward the truth and commit to where it's leading you.
Like he says at 4:18-we should not be asked to check our brains at the door. It is ok to ask questions wherever you are: the church, the university, the library...but mostly, ask the Holy Spirit to lead you to the truth.
