Gotta love me casually mentioning Danny Amendola when I meant to refer to Andy Isabella! 😂😂

LOL - I actually heard it but just assumed you meant Isabella anyways. First heard and was like, “huh that’s an interesting name drop,” lmao

I knew I messed up in the moment but lost my train of thought. When I listened to it back, I was like “I’m an idiot” 😂

Could we stop with BSing about Allen.
FACT: he sucks when asked to employ a game strategy that requires him to play with a level head and purely pass from the pocket..PLEASE....PLEASE!! let's be honest.
Allen only excels WHEN HE IS IN " FIGHT OR FLIGHT MODE", RUNNING FOR HIS LIFE ALL OVER THE PLACE.
I KNOW WHAT I HAVE SEEN. PLEASE..explain to me how I have gotten all of this wrong.....

      We have been honest.
Josh Allen has had numerous games in his career where he played well within the structure of the offense. You can even go back to the Philly, Vegas, Miami and Washington games from this year as examples of Allen showing ample pocket presence, reading the field and delivering timely, accurate throws. You can also go back to each season (except his rookie year) and I can show you several examples.
I am critical of Allen as I hold him to a high standard as the franchise QB, and if you want to say that there is a lack of consistency then fine, because that's a gripe I have with his play too. But, saying he only excels when he's running all over the place just simply isn't true. Off-script ability isn't his only ability, it's just a plus to his game.

Josh Allen was the best qb in football this past season and postseason combined. He SHOULD have been awarded the MVP but they had Lamar pegged all along despite his middling stats and poor clutch performance. Allen is just the best improvisational qb in football also. There is zero need to make Josh one dimensional from the pocket only. He isn't a game manager he is a big playmaker on another level and we gotta play to his strengths.

@@BillsMafiaExperienceIt’s a balance of knowing time and place for Allen to use his legs, and I think a huge part of that is the production from your running backs who add more layers to the threat of Allen running. I think Joe Brady had great game recognition and had instances where they turned to Allen as a runner for a spark or as a compliment to an offense that was able to move the ball well. You can’t stop Allen from running - that’s one of his greatest attributes - you just have to be able to feel when you’ll get the most opportune times to use his legs, which I think Brady’s structure will provide for Allen and something I’m excited to see.
