Hampshire’s new UHPL (light rescue pumps) and CAFS pumps are absolutely incredible, lovely portrayal of them in this video! 👍

What does UHPL stand for?

@@firejam78 not 100% sure but it classes and appliance (in Hampshire) as a light rescue pump, containing limited equipment to be able to deal with smaller fires and RTCs. It’s also a tad shorter and thinner to be that but more manoeuvreable

@@firejam78 uhpl stands for ultra high pressure Lance, but it’s also only on the Light rescue pump eg P6

The house in Aspen way, saw it happen and look at it everyday as i go past, .100% damaged, Just thankful no injuries were reported, Great professionalism as always from our blue light families. Just wondering why fareham werent there. Although we did pass waterlooville going past aerodrome park, heading to cover gosport

Yeah was lucky no one was hurt but the reason fareham wasn’t there due to a second job in portchester that came in first and as that happened the fire was reported
