- I took my boy on a camping adventure he will never forget! We celebrated his 10th birthday by paddling our canoe to a remote island and camping overnight. We did some fishing, had steak and potatoes for dinner, and enjoyed a campfire. I created this video primarily for him, but hope you all can enjoy it as well!

Watching this 3 years later, and it was so fun seeing Jackson so much shorter. He is so blessed to have memories like these spending fun time with his dad. So many, including myself, will never know what this is like.

I had a NY Strip cooked on my FBS this last weekend too! Those are some of the best instant potatoes too. We take them with us on our outdoor adventures (best flavor too). No Ants this time?!?
