I was very successful in the Black with her very, very slow torps by "hiding my torps behind islands", means try to aim at the point, where enemy ships are going to appear sailing around. They have less time to evade, like in close combat. In other cases, the sheer number of eels works fine.

It's a premium ship and not always available. Look out for bundles, guaranteed crates and sonar sweeps. But beware :it will cost you a lot of money
