Absolutely awesome. I love how everyone's hoop flow is different and unique to them. Dancing is such a great form of creative expression. Love how you didn't let the winter stop you either!
I have been doing pole fitness but injured an abdominal muscle and need to build strength before I can get back on the pole. I bought a weighted hoop today just to learn to hula hoop at the waist and help keep that muscle moving gently. I've spent a couple of hours watching professional hoop dancers and beginners tutorials and I have to say that this video is the most inspiring of all those I've watched today. Thank you for the inspiration and the hope!
23,000 views only how many subscribers? A shame. What a great video, you can see the confidence grow til by mid point of the video she's getting the funk out. groovin. From looking all nervous and tired to dominating with those hips and those hoops! What a fun video, I couldn't look away.
You need more subscribers. This was fantastic. Honestly. I wish I could be this good. Today was day one and brought a hoop from a dollar store type of shop.
Hey, that's a really amazing video, you're doing amazing, how did you figure out how all these different tricks work? I really am making no progress with hooping :(
in the beginning it was very hard for me too. took me 2 weeks just to learn normal waisthooping :D... but music, fun and discipline makes the progress... just go mon.. its a weird movement for the muscles in the beginning. the body has to get used to this.
just be patient... they are unusual movements for the body and muscles. they have to learn. better practice 10minutes every day, than pushing you 3h... and btw with music its more fun ;)
there are so many TH-cam videos online, you will find something ;) and you can look, if there are hoop sessions nearby your area, where you can get in contact to other hoopers and share the struggle. We are a growing community :)
just keep trying different things! and try to do it every day. bigger hoops are nice but every trick is a little different. I’m a beginner but i’ve picked up quiet a few just messing around and watching a lot of videos. If one is hard try a bigger hoop, i got a sectional to start coz it makes different sizes. good luck!
yes. like @@dh.151 said. And for finding the flow: Put your favourite music on and try to match the energy. You dont need to be fancy, just be and feel yourself :)
hi mira! i wanna ask you something? how many hours you worked in the day? my english is bad sorry :( and your hoopecprience is excellent. i'll wait your answer thank youuu!!
thank you, cansi 😊 your english is great, but I also think my is worse 😆 I mostly try to practice not less than 30 minutes a day. At least 5 times a week. sometimes it's more (on weekends one day 3h at example) and sometimes, when your ill, there are no possibility to train. But on average 30minutes a day. when you do it before work, you'll have a wonderful start in the day with a great mood ^^ hope it helps.. ☺

chronologisch sortiert?
richtig. Der zeitlichen Abfolge entsprechend sortiert. Was irritiert daran? :)
Where/how did you learn I just bought 2 hoops and can’t seem to get the flow of it any tips?

How much weight you lose ?
none... hoopdancing is not really for loosing weight. But for building up muscles and get the body healthier over all
Herzliche Grüße
:D
