Honestly, if you want an omni tank, Kakania. Tooth Fairy is when you need a crit debuffer and a healer. both are really good. Personally, I love Kakania more than TF. Kakania ensures your team is unkillable.
Kakani is definitely not a healer, she doesn't have a healing skill and only heals like 1k HP when certain conditions are met, she's a dps, TF is a healer
