Monsraj was a great genius who walked among us with mountainous rich music ( Goddess Saraswathy ) but far lesser wealth ( Goddess Lakshmi ) . Along with Deepu let me offer mental prayers to the wizard’s soul. I can’t progress at all without mentioning about the texture of Shruthi’s voice . It has gone through a welcome transformation to a bit heavier one resembling that of Bombay Jayasree. I have not heard any of these songs in their original form. The last one, however, seems to produce a distant memory of some acquaintance with the original. Being somebody who walks in the wilderness of old songs only ( these songs must have been pretty new- in post 2000 era) such songs like the ones in this video produce a sense of unfamiliarity in me. Even then I can stretch myself into the area of such songs and enjoy. Medleys are always good in that they club together some songs with a common thread among them into a unique chain. Shruthi, this is a great work … you have to sing more frequently and your ability to sing and your characteristic charm in singing would be enjoyed by many. Director of Photography and editing were done by Deepu.. It is a tough work and a little error in these areas will kill the charm and beauty of the song noticeably. But you have done your work very well, Deepu…. Congratulations! The musical family has added another feather in its cap…
