I am lucky to live in a city (Milwaukee) with a very large Latino population, mostly Mexican. Lot's of great taco trucks. Thanks for showcasing a truck in your Taco Wars series, I believe many people dismiss trucks but they can be awesome. And... I love nopales (the cactus) as well! I cook and eat it often. Thanks, Jack!
I don't care what the law is. I see kitchens across america and no one is doing it. I didn't say is wasn't required. I see food being made every day and every place I go with no gloves.
yes. You are absolutely right. My buddy Paul will watch the food prep and if they touch their face, he yells at them and leaves the establishment. He is a blast to hang out with. hahaha
Hey Jack, Love your shows my family and I are cord cutters and watch you on our Apple TV so we don't normally get to comment. Thanks for all your work.
True story but truck dude new what i was asking for when i ordered. He said in espanol it means Boat de guerra (Military boat). Un acorazado es un buque de guerra de gran tonelaje, fuertemente blindado y artillado con una batería principal compuesta por cañones de gran calibre. Stay classy Hanson.
Alebrijes is the shit....best carne asada tacos ever.....the tortillas and that green hot sauce. If you live anywhere in the area this truck is a must try. great food friendly service
Saw you at the Lazy Dog Cerritos the other day, I take the family out to eat very often and am a good resource for my friends when the need suggestions... If you're a little further in the inner City now and then try YaYa's in Huntington Park (Tortas and Potato Tacos) and Cemitas Poblanas in Bell... Keep it up, keep em' coming.
Esto en Morelos México se le llaman tacos acorazados, hay de niño envuelto, (rebanada de queso cotija envuelto con jamón y tocino) chile relleno, milanesa, cecina y otros más.......
An L.A. Buns vs. Super Stack would be great. In my opinion L.A. Buns is better and the Buffalo Fries are a must... The Burger at Fronk's might just be the best in the area (East Side)...
WOW only $5.00! Something like that in Canada would probably be like $10 or more!! Just a very rough guess. I've never eaten from food trucks tho haha.
Wow Jack, just as I think that monster bite of yours. Just as I think you can't get a bigger bite on that monster taco, your lower jaw extends and you consume it whole like an anaconda eating a wild pig in the jungle...wow! =)
Jack I' love your videos , but u would be wrong I ran a resturant for 5 years in kansas health code all prep , and any food handling requires gloves , it's the law here look it up !!!
U didn't tell me a thing , first off its the law in my state second I work in the medical field , more germs are spread that way then u think so if u feel safe knowing someone wiped there ass then made your food u just go for it !!!
Are u like 3rd or 4th generation hispanic in America and live in Southern California? My white and azn friends know more Spanish and mexican food recognition than you guys. Will it doesn't matter because I LOVE ur show.
When I was a child around 10 or 11 a Taco Bell opened nearby. It was summertime. My sister and I rode our bikes everyday for almost two weeks. That's a nice memory we have together. However, that's the only good thing I can say about Taco Bell. The food is not very good. It is NOT authentic Mexican food. Just ask any Hispanic person what they think about it if you don't believe me.

Loved the video, but was really sad that there were no "Taco Eyes." Seems like the battleship taco was fully deserving!

Dude, that is my favorite taco at Alebrijes! You won't find "battleship" on the menu...it is called acorazado. And I can vouch it is BOMB!
Alebrijes is the shit....best carne asada tacos ever.....the tortillas and that green hot sauce. If you live anywhere in the area this truck is a must try. great food friendly service

That a awesome looking taco dam
Wow that looks good!!!!
Do more taco trucks. That is where all the good food is. Screw brick and mortar stores, unless they are real good.
An L.A. Buns vs. Super Stack would be great. In my opinion L.A. Buns is better and the Buffalo Fries are a must... The Burger at Fronk's might just be the best in the area (East Side)...
Also, you can't do local Burger Spots without Fronk's in Bellflower...
do you want to join us on a video?
