How much play is expected on the handlebar clamps after finished? I've done it all by instructions, including torque specs, but there seems to be too much play. I did not miss the washer and I'm not using the risers on a 22 Speed Twin. I had the same issue on a T120 and decided to switch back to stock. Thanks!

Hey Felipe, just a little bit of play for dampening with the rubber bushing but it shouldn't be so much where you should be able to feel it immediately. If you can, can you send us a photo of the hardware/bushing setup so that we can make sure you're not up to the unthreaded portion of the bolts. You can send these over to support@british-customs.com and we'll be sure to look into this immediately.

I am experiencing this same issue. I’m going to send along footage to support.

Do these change the height of the bars at all?

The handlebar clamps alone will not but then once you add in the riser spacers it adds about third of an inch on each side
